Our mortgage situation was somewhat complex - both of us were undergoing job transitions and securing the mortgage was dependent upon the sale of our existing house. Matt was still able to get us more money than we expected and close our loan within a few days of our original date, even though the closing of our original house was delayed over a week due to loan issues with our buyer. He was also quick to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction - a great agent who I would recommend to others!

We had a difficult loan to process -USDA loan on a short sale house. There were so many hurdles we had to clear in order to be approved. Matthew was so patient and extremely diligent in making it happen! He was extremely responsive and thorough with any questions we had throughout the process.

When I met Matt, we had gone through multiple lenders who had fallen short in multiple ways including a lack of organization, timeliness, and professionalism. I would expect delays and stress from any loan transaction and escrow but previous experiences were beyond normal expectations. Matt was both a guide and lending rep as he provided us with expert assistance and information. When things were within his capabilities Matt handled them quickly with accuracy and when he was uncertain about anything, he would inform me and refer the respective issue up to a supervisor or reference. Without Matt, I believe that we would have been unable to complete the transaction that we did.

Matt was very professional during the whole process, he was able to work with me and around my schedule. I tried looking back in 2016 for a home something came up and I felt bad that I was able to continue forward and left Matt hanging. When I was able to in 2017 Matt had no problems helping me out again through the process. Even after moving into my home I could still go to Matt with any questions that I may have had. He understood that I was a first time home owner and had a lot of questions when I would receive letter's in the mail I didn't understand.
